20. My first day in Los Angeles, California, United States

There are several types of people when it comes to travel matters. Many of them, on the one hand, prefer to dedicate that trip to relax since for them it is a time to rest from work and daily life, however, many other people prefer to explore the new city in order to know impressive things that can only be seen there. I am this last type of person, I like to explore and discover places and corners of the world when I travel. Therefore, my first day in Los Angeles I would spent it settling in my new apartment and getting to know the most remarkable places in the city.



First of all, I would settle in my downtown apartment. As I will have a lot of luggage, I would have to leave it in my new flat. In addition, I would have to buy food at the nearest supermarket as there will be none. On the other hand, I would even have to check the house to see if everything is all right, otherwise I would have to tell the owner. In addition, it would be a good idea to even see if I need towels, sheets or blankets to buy them if it is necessary. In short, I would leave all the things prepared in my new litle house so that when I arrive later, I can sleep without any problems.


 Secondly, I would explore the most remarkable places in the city. Since I wouldn't have much time on the first day, I would explore places close to where I have settled, that is, places that were in the center of the city. On the one hand, I would walk down the Grand Avenue, a walkway where you can see the charm of the city and on the other hand, I would go to Union Station, a very popular station that has appeared in several movies. In addition, I would also see the Walt Disney Center Hall and the Grand Central Market.


In conclusion, the first day in Los Angeles I would use it to adapt to my new life and superficially discover the center of the city.
